Storm Watching

Taylor awoke in the middle of the night to go potty. As she sat there lightening illuminated the bathroom. "Oh Mommy, did you see that? Lightening!" As I returned her to bed I opened the shutters, lay in bed with her and we watched the lightening flash and listened to the thunder roll. I wanted to make lightening and thunder exciting, not scary. Taylor seems to enjoy a storm, something we enjoy together.
